What is a map load?

A map load includes all user interactions with your store locator (such as panning, zooming or an address search).

How long is the free trial?

The free trial lasts 14 days so you can try all the features before you decide to upgrade. Need more time? Shoot us an email at support@businesslocator.io.

Do I need a card to sign up?

Nope. You can sign up for free without giving out any payment details. You will be notified when your Free Trial ends so you can add your payment information or be downgraded to the Free plan.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time by cancelling your plan renewal in the Billing section. If you are on a Monthly subscription and cancel after payment for the current month, your subscription will be active until the end of that billing period. If you are on an Annual subscription and wish to cancel before the end of the billing period, please contact us.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can switch between plans in the Billing section. If you downgrade, the premium plan will be active until the end of the billing period. If you upgrade, the cost difference will be calculated pro-rata depending on what date of the month you make the switch.

Is there a discount for annual payments?

Yes, we offer Annual subscriptions which give you access to 2-months free! Check out our Pricing table for more details.
